Dear friends

We are so lucky to have lovely friends; the kind who take over where they left off, so to speak, however long it was since we were last together.  We’ve been blessed with more or less uninterrupted company during the last couple of weeks and once again, we’re delighted to find that everyone gets on so well with whoever else happens to be here at the time! 

Mind you, it is very spooky that, since Mark’s birthday party, everyone now knows everyone else.

Anyway, we were particularly amused by this email which arrived this morning:

“So I said to Him "have you thanked Mark and Gill?" and He said, "No, have you?"  and I said "No", so He said "Well you'd better do something about it, then" so here I am.”

See what I mean?  Not only entertaining, amusing and very fun to be with, we have friends with impeccable manners too!
